Davide Guccione is a contemporary Italian painter. His artistic journey began in the 1990s when he encountered the Hip Hop movement and, in particular, the graffiti culture that was just starting to emerge in Italy. It was a phase of discovery during which the importance of having a unique personal style and the force of communicating on the wall were both recognized. His art evolved over time from wall painting to other mediums in a natural progression that was influenced by a variety of factors, including his personal interest in art history, his studies of the arts, his obsession with jazz, and an in-depth examination of it on a practical, theoretical, and historical level.

The artist developed his unique method of working with iron plates using colors and rust after practicing brush painting on plasterboard and canvas, collage, engraving, and screen printing techniques. Rust, which was once considered a "defect," is now viewed as the very core of the artist's creation, making it one of his defining characteristics. Each work is a surprise and a discovery since the material effect gives and the rust's expansion cannot be completely controlled.

Davide Guccione was born in 1974, in Italy.
