Description

**

That day, the sky was gray with clouds, windy, but the water astonishingly motionless. In a fragment of the lake, I found the atmosphere, see the perfect continuity of the oil painting "Voyageur contemplating a sea of cloud" (by Caspar David Friedrich, 1818, one of the masterpieces of German Romanticism ).

As in the painting, the mountains are awakening through the fog that mixes with the sky covered with clouds.
Unlike the painting, in this photograph we are perfectly alone, without the company of the traveler.
While the mountaineer of Friedrich is at the summit, at the end of his ascent, we are still at the beginning, at the bottom of the mountain, humble and contemplative of this "Greater" which dominates us.

About the series Speaker for the Water :

The originality of the series Speaker for the Water is to reveal our world in focus from the point of view of the water, and to uncover the nature of water itself. In this series, water is a composer, a teacher, and not only a material to be used as decoration, life utility or levitation artefacts.

> As a CREATIVE COMPOSER AND INSPIRATIONAL MUSE, Water promotes the magic, the poetry, the fairy, enchanting parallel worlds that we create when we change our point of view, and when we augment reality with imagination and technology. In this series, powerful forces combine to create surreal, painterly scenery:
> As A WISE TEACHER, water provides several food for thoughts about the power of changing angles and points of view; about our impossible access to an ever-changing and multiple-faceted reality; about the need to erase borders and boundaries.

The photographs are guaranteed without artifice neither in the shooting nor in post-production. Graphics, rare hues, tones, colors, textures and supernatural effects of superposition ... everything is pure photography.

In 2019 the series went public in international festivals. This corresponds to the wish to make the photographs travel the world, like water does, unifying our world.

More information about ArtTRust :

Thanks to ARTtrust, you get a certificate of authenticity for each authentic piece of art.

ARTtrust offers artists and art professionals a range of products to secure each artwork and their certificate of authenticity individually.

To do so, ARTtrust uses one of the most reliable security technologies: the Bubble Tag™.

Each Bubble Tag™ is unique and impossible to reproduce. They are used as a fingerprint for the item protected.

Bubble Tag™ material is a transparent polymer that generates bubbles at complete random. Bubbles appear with positions, sizes and shapes that cannot be mastered. Each constellation of bubbles is, therefore, unique but also impossible to replicate, even by its original manufacturer.

The Bubble Tag™ technology from Prooftag is adapted to the art application through ARTtrust ARTseal range of products.
Bubble Seals™ : Those security seals are built on a tamper evident metallic substrate; a removal attempt provides a visible alteration of the seal. This characteristic reduces risks of repositioning of a Bubble Seal™.
