Description : 2 planches de surf sur une mer bleue calme. L'un est orange/marron, l'autre verte. Sur la mer, des inscriptions organisées de termes en rapport avec la mer. Les 2 planches sont couvertes de motifs marins réalisés au trait noir. Dans la série "surf" "bzh", "Océan" met en scène de multiples motifs sur le thème de la grande bleue, sous une forme tribal, tattoo. Des poissons, navires, mouettes et autres oiseaux de mer apparaissent au sein d'un entrelac de tentacules, algues et végétaux marins.
Genèse : Le dessin figuratif alterne avec la forme spontanée, courbe. Celle-ci figure t'elle l'algue ou la tentacule ? Elle sert souvent en tout cas l'organisation spatiale de l'ensemble et à la mise en scène de sujet. L'œil se perd dans le dessin et aussi dans les mots bleus du fond de mer. Les mots issus du langage maritime ne sont que prétexte graphiques.
