Cotton canvas on wooden frame, 2 cm thick.
The subject shows Bart Simpson with his dog in a NYC street, by night.
The edges are black (no framing required).
The canvas is matt varnished and equipped with a hook. It is in portrait mode and is signed at the front (bottom right). The title of the canvas and the official stamp are on the back.

Frob, a contemporary French artist, seamlessly blends abstraction, pop art, and graffiti into a distinctive and original style. His meticulously detailed compositions often feature acrylics, ink, felt, and collage on canvas. While pursuing law studies, Frob found solace from the academic rigors by sketching his fellow human beings, drawing inspiration from both the individuals around him and the captivating lectures of his professors.
Frob's artistic influences include a love for coffee, a passion for comics reflected in bold black strokes in his compositions, and an initial inclination towards spitting portraits. However, he has transitioned towards a form of naive, raw, and free figurative art, a progression noted by his well-informed friends and family.
Always armed with a big black felt-tip pen in his pocket and surrounded by tubes and pots of acrylic, Frob maintains a constant pursuit of learning, discovery, and experimentation. His evolution as an artist is evident in his ever-changing approach, marked by freer use of color and a recent emphasis on substance and thickness in his works.
Frob is not only an artist but also a walker, traversing landscapes alone, attuned to uncovering innate connections. The abundance of graphics he creates traces these wanderings. While his work may evoke the spirit of New York graffiti artists from the '80s, such as Haring, Basquiat, and Schardf, a closer legacy might be found in the incessant comings and goings of Richard Long. Frob's black contours transform into organic, spidery lines, offering viewers a reconstituted and hypnotic landscape.
An insomniac by nature, Frob unravels the shackles of dark hours obsessively, exploring the depths of the whys and wherefores. His drawings, rhizome-like and underground, intricately link everyone and everything. Frob's art serves as a unique answer, mapping connections that only he can perceive, bringing together places, people, emotions, and their colors in a single, reassuring plane.
Above all, Frob is an enthusiast, and his enthusiasm is reflected in the evolving nature of his work. As he engages in ongoing research, his use of color becomes more liberated, and his recent works gain substance and thickness, signaling a continuous evolution in his artistic journey.
