Une belle sirène de couleur rouge, tatouée de blanc pose assise, un bébé sirène dans les bras. Autour d'elle deux autres enfants sirènes flottent librement dans leur enveloppe embryonnaire ornée d'écailles écarlates. Les cheveux de la sirène s'entremêlent en boucles tressées autour d'un chignon central, qui n'est pas sans rappeler la célèbre déesse hindoue Kali. L'auréole en forme de mandala cosmique renforce le caractère sacré de cette scène mythologique. On distingue des têtes humanoïdes ainsi que des têtes d'oiseaux le long de l'auréole.
Celle ci est réalisée à la peinture dorée, ce qui donne de très jolis reflets , changeants à la lumière. Le fond est agrémenté de motifs marins à l'encre de chine. Le halo blanc qui
entoure les personnages donne une impression d'apparition ésotérique ou fabuleuse. Ce dessin est réalisé sur du papier kraft.

Acrylic
