Amidst the hatred, I found there was an invincible love within me. In the midst of tears, I found there was an invincible smile inside me. In the midst of the chaos, I found there was an invincible calm within me. I realized, through it all, that ... In the middle of winter, I found that there was, in me, an invincible summer.
And that makes me happy. Because it says that no matter how the world pushes against me, in me there is something stronger - something better pushing back. Albert Camus

Born in Barcelona, after studying at the Lycée Français, Elisa attended University in Geneva. After graduating from the School of Interpreters and the University Institute of European Studies, she decided to stay in Switzerland. Since 2017 she has lived in Marbella, Spain. Artistic since childhood, she became a painter and studied several techniques with different teachers: watercolour, drawing, sketching, oil painting and acrylic. Her passion for painting has encouraged her to devote herself fully to researching, deepening and experimenting to perfect her style. Her paintings, while remaining very personal, reflect a constant evolution that stems from a permanent desire to go further and further. Her paintings show a gradual simplification either in the figurative or in the abstract but with an unmistakable search for light
