The word Muqeem - or Resident - is inspired by the Qur'anic verse
My Lord, make me an establisher of prayer, and from my descendants
The meaning of the word in the Quranic verse refers to the spiritual
residence with God and not only the appearance of movements
The concept of Muqeem as a work of art :
Is a visual reflection of prayer movements. It's an artistic blend inspired by ancient Egyptian art in documenting ancient Egyptian life, and the repetition of geometric shapes in Islamic art based on the idea of unity and repetition
