Dr. Rave was born in Greensboro North Carolina on August 24th 1968 to supportive and very caring southern family. Before graduating from Dudley high school Mr. Hill became the very first African American Chairman of the Greensboro Youth Council. While also serving as Vice President of Junior Achievment for Dudley high school.
