Elena Gavdzinskaya

An Honoured Artist of Ukraine, A Member of the Union of Artists of Ukraine, A Member of the USSR Academy of Arts,Elena Gavdzinskaya was born on May 27, 1954, in Odessa to the family of a celebrated Ukrainian artist Albin Gavdzinskiy. She graduated from the Odessa Art College named after MB Grekov. Teachers by speciality: V.V. Krishtopenko, D.D. Egorov, V.P. Sokolov.A participant in numerous regional, republican, all-Union, international exhibitions, and in the exhibitions representing Ukrainian Art abroad, Elena held 12 personal exhibitions (Ukraine, Germany, Great Britain). Her works are in museums of Ukraine and in private collections in Germany, Great Britain, the USA, Ukraine, Canada, Russia, Lebanon, Spain, Israel and Japan. Famous for her still life paintings on the seascape background.
