Dov Melloul is a French painter and dancer. Born in Tunisia, he studied classical and contemporary dance, as well as drawing and painting with Hedi Belkhodja, son of the great Tunisian painter Nejib Belkhodja.
In his human and artistic research, Dov Melloul dares to combine his multiple talents. After his training and his professional career in contemporary dance with the greatest, Karine Waehner (Schola Cantorum), Reinhild Hoffmann, Pina Bausch, he leaves his shoes for the brushes. In painting and drawing, he implements the precepts of his masters: direct intensity, authenticity: from gesture to emotion.
For 10 years, Dov Melloul has devoted himself to the free exercise of the Art of Dance-Painting.
