With "Proud", I wanted to highlight the black woman as a strong woman. She is naked, she has lost her inhibitions, she is not ashamed of her body. She stands tall and proud despite the hardships she goes through as a black woman. She is surrounded by colors that we find in nature because she feels in symbiosis with it.
