Initially trained in classical artistic techniques at the Rueil-Malmaison School of Fine Arts, Diane began her artistic journey by painting figuratively. Alongside her artistic pursuits, she pursued general studies and obtained a degree in psychology in 2002.

However, it was in 2015 that Diane experienced a profound transformation in her artistic practice. Feeling constrained by the limitations of representing the visible world in a realistic manner, she embarked on a new artistic path, freeing herself from the confines of photographic representation.
