David Decourcelle est un artiste qui vit et travaille dans la région des Hauts de France. Après avoir suivit cinq années d'études dans une école supérieure d'art et de design, il obtient le Diplôme National d'Arts Plastiques en 2000 et le Diplôme National Supérieur d'Expression Plastique en 2002.
