Cristina Del Rosso, a contemporary artist, was born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, into an Italian family. Her journey into the world of art and colors commenced during her childhood, sparking a lifelong passion for artistic expression. Del Rosso's formal artistic education began with drawing under the guidance of Prof. R. Sanjulian in Buenos Aires. She further honed her skills in watercolor, acrylic, and oil painting through studies with Prof. C. Dartiguelongue and E. Serna in Buenos Aires. The exploration of Japanese painting, specifically sumi-é, was pursued under the tutelage of Prof. Y. Takagi in Buenos Aires, and she deepened her proficiency in oil painting with her master, S. Stitchkin, in Santiago, Chile.

Beyond her native Argentina, Del Rosso expanded her artistic horizons by attending workshops in Sao Paulo, Brazil, led by Prof. C. Ibelli, N. Camargos, and E. Raposeiro. Additionally, she participated in the 2nd Figurative Workshop with Prof. A. López and J.J. Aquerreta in Spain. Del Rosso has been actively involved in teaching at various educational institutions in both Chile and Spain.

Her extensive exhibition history includes showcases in Argentina (1986-87), Germany (1993 and 2013), Japan (2010), Chile (Fine Arts National Society and others, 2003-07), Brazil (2004), Italy (2011-2020), the UK (2017), Sweden (2018), and the USA (online exhibitions, 2020-22). Del Rosso's works have found homes in numerous private collections and institutions across Germany, Spain, the USA, Argentina, Brazil, Algeria, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, France, Italy, and Chile, illustrating the global impact of her artistic endeavors.
