Self-taught. A member of the Paulista Association of Fine Arts, Constantino Leon has more than seventy exhibitions held in 11 states in Brazil and in 3 countries, France, the United States and Paraguay. He received 28 awards, including 8 gold medals and the title of Commander for the Order of Merit of Plastic Arts at the São Paulo Navy Hall. He gave lectures in schools in partnership with the prefectures of the state of Minas Gerais and Goiás and lectures for groups of university students at the Art Museum of Londrina / PR.
His art was sold in Brazil and to other countries such as the United States, Germany, Spain, Paraguay, Italy, etc.

"Constantino Leon is an artist full of multiple facets who navigates rough seas with his brushes revealing his restless soul, who travels through white canvases imprinting his anguish of creating his dreams".

Leon follows his instinct moving between the real and the abstract, the colorful and the monochromatic, the lightness and the tension.

Often, letting the unconscious drive its latent emotional state.

In the work as a whole, it is observed that a restlessness of an artist who does not allow himself to be carried away by labels or fads, everything is very subjective and spontaneous.

This attitude demonstrates a detached and contemporary artist.

During this creative process, can we consider a phase, a style or a change of spirit?

It remains for the viewer, this unknown, curiosity, the challenge to appreciate his works.
