Claude André Thibaud is a contemporary French painter. The essence of his art, according to him, is expressed through the human body's metamorphoses, tensions, fear, pain, death, and rebirth. His flat black backgrounds highlight the movement of life. Thibaud is searching for humanity's most vulnerable, dramatic, distinctive, and secret elements beyond appearances. His subjects share their own stories through the deconstruction of their objects.
Claude André Thibaud was born in 1948, in France. His paintings have been exhibited in France and China. Thibaud is the member of Figuration Critique, Fondation Taylor and Déstructuralisme Figuratif - DF Art Project.
