I grew up in Terre Haute, Indiana where I went to College at Indiana State University. I majored in Fine Arts with emphasis in wood studio furniture design and painting. I have shown my work in 10 design and juried exhibitions as well as a group invitation in Hot Springs, Arkansas. I have won several awards including a purchase award for my "Cat in the Couch" sculpture as part of Indiana State University's Permanent Collection. Since graduation in 2001, I have continued to express my love for art through oil painting and mural work.
