Christopher Skelton

studied painting with Dutch. painter Marion van de Vere in Bahrain and with the late American artist Alwyn Kitt on the isle of wight.
Born in Bermondsey, London moving guickly to spend the rest of world war 2 in Hunstanton in Norfolk England. Now lives in northwest France.
Besides living in England he has lived in Gibraltar as a boy and Then later with the air force in Singapore. After leaving the RAF he lived in Basingsoke in Hampshire where he exhibited his paintings. He was married in Basingstoke before moving to Kew in London and then later traveled with his wife and son in a Landrover from England to Kenya. They later lived in Kenya before going to live in Bahrain And lastly moving to France in 1994.
He has sold paintings to buyers in Spain, Japan, England, as well as in France.His studio at the top of an old farm house has allowed  him to improve his painting techniques more to his satisfaction.
