Catherine Boutin. Parcours
Catherine Boutin naît à Paris en 1948. Des promenades de son enfance à travers les rues de la Capitale, lui vient, sans doute, cette curiosité qui lui fera abandonner rapidement le dessin publicitaire et l'illustration auxquels ses études l'avaient destinée, au profit de la photographie.
Plus tard, ce seront ses nombreux voyages au Maroc, en Grèce, dans la Péninsule Ibérique - Le Portugal à lui seul fera l'objet de neuf expositions - ou sur les côtes de la Manche et de l'Océan Atlantique, qui alimenteront cette passion.
Regards posés sur les paysages ou sur les gens, travail sur la lumière ou la matière...Tous ces thèmes abordés témoignent d'une même faculté de capter des émotions et de l'envie toute simple de les faire partager.

Ich habe ja schön gestaunt als ich per Zufall über dieses Foto gestolpert bin. Die Person im Vordergrund bin ich und daneben ist mein Bruder. Irgendwie wurden wir da vor Jahren mal am Morgestraich abgelichtet.
