I think I've always drawn, as far back as I can remember. I like to learn...and preferably alone, by observing, by studying the techniques used by others and above all by experimenting. And I'm passionate about color.

I used gouache in my childhood and adolescence. After ten years without touching a pencil and a brush for lack of time (I worked in a travel agency and I raised my children), I rediscovered art, first pastel, then watercolor which I practiced several hours a day for years. After progressing, I gave watercolor lessons for 8 years.
In the meantime, 27 years ago, I joined an oil painting workshop, then I "drift" towards acrylic a dozen years ago and I decided to devote myself to it because the oil gave me problems of drying and storage. I painted in acrylic on many supports: canvas, wood, papyrus... My favorite themes are: the 1920s, Egypt, the Carnival of Venice, Japan, the sea... I likes to work in color but also in black and white.

These themes can be found in my painting on glass, which I have been practicing for about 7 years. It's a technique that reminds me of the transparency of watercolor.
