Natasha is sitting on a high chair and her arms are folded like on photo of Russian peasants of the 19th century. The pose is static and majestic. Hands tired of labor are resting on her knees. No shadow of a smile on her face. An extravaganza of reds creates tension and drama. What is she thinking about? About the accidental rain not soaking the compressed sheaves of fresh rye? Or about bleached linen on the grass?

I was born in sunny Moldova . When I was one year old, my family moved to Russia, to St. Petersburg, and my childhood was spent between   vast expanses of the Moldavian land, where we had a home and the classic beauty of the palaces  of Northern Venice.

I had a brilliant art education in St. Petersburg , I   graduated from Childrens Art School, then from State Art College by Roerich ( five years ) and from State Academy of Fine Arts and Dezign  ( six years )

Since 2017 I am is a member Profession Union of Artists of   Russia

I've always loved painting. Painting is my passion, my life.

I love a lively process, fast expressive painting. I paint from nature, but I don't repeat nature. Everything around me  is an impulse, an image. I don't paint  as I see . I paint as I feel.

I want you to see the fragility and the momentary moment of life .

The art  , I think, is  sharing what you  feel with others.

My choice in painting is oil paints.

I adhere to a free style of painting. I do not know where my own emotive intuitioni will lead me, whether I will paint freer brushwork or streaks of turpentine.

Painting for me is a game. I invite you to participate in this game and see much more than you see at the first moment.

I am a regular participant of international and Russian exhibitions. I have participated in more than 100 group exhibitions since 1995, and every year I have a solo exhibition. I regularly participate in painting symposia  in different countries of the world.

My paintings are held in collections worldwide, including

State Museum Tsarskoselskaya collection (Tsarskoe Selo, Russia)

State Museum of Decorative and Applied Arts.  (Saint Petersburg, Russia)

State Kirov art Museum of Vasnetsov brothers (Kirov, Russia)
