Born in 1982 in Uliastai, Zavkhan Province, Bazarvaani Sambuu (Bazaa) had an education at the Ravjiv Gandi School of Crafting and Manufacturing (1999-2002) and at the School of Fine Arts, University of Arts and Culture in Ulaanbaatar.
Bazarvaani is an independent artist who loves horses and is passionate about depicting them in various attitudes and momentum. In his childhood, he tamed fouls, young horses and he was also a horse racing child. His style could be related to neo-realism as his brush and knife convey a sense of being part of the painting.
