Aya So is a contemporary French artist. She is influenced by street art, raw art, and free figuration, and she commits herself to painting after discovering all of Jean-Michel Basquiat's work.

She is still engaged in artistic exploration, flourishing by creating material, mixing diverse materials to relate, to "brush" excerpts from life, frequently the human essence, that of the entities intersected then frozen and left in his memory nurtured by an offbeat view of the universe. A feeling that she isn't ready or sure she wants to share, so instead of using words to paint the picture, she uses colors.
