Audrey Delaye creates very colorful oil paintings capturing the breath of life, expressing the essence of each being.
Born on the beautiful island of Corsica, Audrey Delaye has always been inspired by the jewels of Mother nature, the sea, the rivers, the mountains or the sky, and all the wonderful species living around.
She first cultivated her love for animals and plants by studying anatomy and physiology in College. But her inner creativity caught up with her and led her, after years of self-taught practice, towards artistic studies in order to deepen her technique.
Finally, her art has developed through her curiosity and research around the energetic and spiritual presence of living beings. It is this existential exploration that now feeds her artistic journey every day.
