Cheval en bois Massif, Chêne origine France, façonné à la main en Bretagne
I have the pleasure of shaping wood since 2020 in my workshop based in Ploemel, a small village near the Golf du Morbihan in Brittany.
I am committed to working with untreated solid wood from sustainably managed forests in France. The wood is selected in its raw form in local sawmills to be processed in the workshop. The species used come from deciduous trees historically anchored in France such as chestnut, oak, ash and beech.
Kergann is a derivative of the Breton "Stergann" which means "starry sky": a small nod to our Good Stars.
