Ingrid Kamerbeek, geb.14.03.1952 in Gummersbach/Deutschland, ist Künstlerin in dritter Generation. Sie erhielt eine fundierte Ausbildung durch ihren Großvater, Mathias Dohle (1887 - 1966), und ihren Vater, Ulrich Dohle (1924 - 2002), beide freischaffende Künstler. Sie unterhielt eigene Galerien in Düsseldorf (1978 - 1980) und Mönchengladbach (1980 - 1982) und arbeitet heute als freischaffende Künstlerin in Sonthofen, Oberallgäu, Bayern. Ingrid's Arbeiten sind on- und offline in Ausstel-lungen rund um den Globus zu sehen. Seit 1999 ist der Computer ihr bevorzugtes Werkzeug. 2003 gründete sie gemeinsam mit dem Cyberart-Pioneer Dr. Rodney Chang (Pygoya), Honolulu, Hawaii, USA die "Webism Group of Worldwide Artists".

Ingrid Kamerbeek, born on March 14th, 1952, is a 3rd generation artist. She was trained by her grandfather, Mathias Dohle (1887 - 1966) and her father, Ulrich Dohle (1924 - 2002), two former generation of artists. She ran galleries of her own in Düsseldorf (1978 - 1980) and Mönchengladbach (1980 - 1982) and today works as freelancer in Sonthofen, Oberallgäu, Bavaria. Ingrid's artworks are on show on- and offline around the globe. Since 1999 the computer is her favourite tool. In 2003 she founded the "Webism Group of Worldwide Artists" along with cyberart pioneer Dr. Rodney Chang (Pygoya), Honolulu/Hawaii/USA.

Webists are an international group of artists building a culture of cyberart. In their support of Bid 4 Freedom to aid asylum seekers, they also build a culture of humanity.

Funds, so far, have been used:
to assist asylum seekers in long-term detention and in the community
to provide continued help to 24 people on Bridging Visas
to assist one person on a Temporary Protection Visa to start a small business
paid for legal advice and passport applications for a number of asylum seekers
assisted some young people with short-term courses and others with books and study needs.
