I travel some, been to many programs in the USA, when fire is the brush I need for my ceramic works, I tend to visit as many kilns as will allow me, to meet other potters and share ideas. There are many reasons I chose clay as a medium, one is because unlike photography or oil paint; clay can be picked up and felt. The weight and balance of a clay vessel is, just as much a part of it for me.
