The international artistic exhibition, dedicated to the sixty-year anniversary of victory in World War II 1941-1945. On the prevailing tradition, the most significant exhibitions, connected with the large events in the life of the country, are passed to the best showrooms of the capital. Thus it occurred also this time. Exhibition "victory" took place in Moscow in the central house of artist on the Crimean shaft from 29 April through 15 May, 2005, and occupied entire exposure space of this enormous complex. The organizers of exhibition introduce the most significant works of depictive, decorative- applied and people skill, dedicated to this great date, to spectators. In the exposure it was possible to see exhibits from the collections of the central museum of armed forces, state Tret'yakovskoy gallery, work of studio MVD im. V. vereshchagina, front figures and studies of participants in the war, and so the creative work of the artists of the numerous regions of Russia and countries OF THE CIS. The exposure of exhibition it is necessary to consider as the finale of the large long-term project of the union of the artists of Russia, directed toward the development of the theme of the exploit of people in the domestic skill, to the perpetuation of the memory of artists, who fell for their country, to the attraction to this patriotic theme of young forces to this are systematically devoted the materials of the newspaper "artist of Russia", the journal "artist". Within the framework of the project named above the union of artists let out into the light and prepared for the publication the new editorial staff of the book of memory about the artists - front line soldiers "we we remember...". Similar publishing actions are realized in the individual regional organizations. This project, in the essence, covers entire country, all regional departments of the union of artists. All peoples are participating to the brutal war. Within the framework of this project in the regional departments of the union of artists they passed, and they pass, until now, picturesque and graphic plenery, dedicated to the 60- anniversary of great victory in war 1941-1945. Artists select for the work such places in history as Rzhev, Stalingrad, Smolenshchina so forth in the different stages into the project are pulled or those or different structures are drawn. Passed official plenery in the houses of the creation of the union of the artists of Russia, in Belarus', in the Ukraine. The sums of these plenerov by living intonation answered as the works on the opened final exhibition in the central house of artist. After the two week work of judges, on the competitive basis are selected of 83 regions more than three and one-half thousands of works of the contemporary authors, dedicated to the exploit of people in the fight with the fascism. From them: about 1350 picturesque fabrics, 257 works of sculptors and medalists, 1050 graphic are sheet and poster, 265 works of decorative- applied are specific, about 300 works of khramovogo and monumental, 110 exhibits of theater- decorative and about 600 people skills.
