Monagaya

After a career in publishing and advertising as a layout/graphic designer, I gave freedom to my computer mouse to pick up pencils and brushes, my childhood friends.
Self-taught, I am inspired by the need to recreate a parallel universe where color dominates. I aspire to live in a harmonious, vaporous, airy world, hence the almost involuntary presence of imaginary birds which invite themselves onto my paintings. Everyone discovers what they want. My paintings remain suspended so that the visitor projects himself into his universe, into his imagination.
