Isabelle Frossard-Corthay Swiss painter and sculptor. Creation, drawing and painting have always been part of his life. Self-taught artist, she perfected herself with several artists, during the years 1995 to 2005.

She makes us see the transparency of light in nature. Her creative process is constantly evolving, with new materials that challenge her, such as various pigment mixtures, papers, tar, sand.

Very often the symphony of colors takes us into a dreamlike universe by speaking to us of interiority, like soft and powerful music, which speaks to us of anguish, but also of hope and joy.

The artist flirts with abstraction.

Since 2015 when she is not painting, she works the earth, the shape and the volume of emotions, to create bronze sculptures.

It was between 2019 and 2022 during her stay in Corsica, an island of beauty, that she discovered serpentine and Orezza stone, which she tried to highlight by sculpting it.
