I was born in 1977 in Nantes. I grew up in Loire-Atlantique.
For several years I have been living in Brest at the "end of the world" , where I am very happy with my husband and my 3 children.

My journey is a little complicated, but at the same time it seems obvious...
Since I was little, I have loved drawing. From kindergarten class, my classmates always asked me to draw them a drawing. I also love reading and I even remember the first children's book that I borrowed from my school library. I must have been 6/7 years old. Already, I was fascinated by illustrations and a book could easily take me on a trip.

But I didn't immediately get into children's illustration, even though I have always written and drawn.
I passed my literary baccalaureate, I obtained it with remedial honors. At the time, my dream was to become a stylist, but as you have to know how to be reasonable in life, I went to English school. It was a failure, it wasn't my thing...

I then started working looking after children, in schools, then I worked for 2 years in a children's home. It was an experience that had a big impact on me. I loved working with children. I shared with them my love for drawing.

Then, I came to settle in Brest. It was during parental leave for my second child that I started drawing and painting again. I opened my first blog, without really knowing which direction I was going.

Little by little, all the pieces came together: literature, writing, drawings, children...
I decided to become a children's author and illustrator as well as a painter. At 30 I finally found my way.

I was thus able to work among others for Lutins faire-part, Rouzig (small Breton magazine), the coloring site Hugo l'Escargot and my first youth album was released in September 2010.
I am also a painter. By drawing on paper, it came naturally to me to explore other formats. That's why I started painting canvases. They are more adult but still very feminine. I also like painting the sea and its sailboats by working on textures.
I have the chance to participate in exhibitions and do craft fairs. I also create paintings to order, which is interesting because it allows me to work on the sensitivity and desires of the client.

I don't like to get into big political, psychological or other considerations when talking about my paintings.
If I have a message to convey through these, it is very simple. And I think it is found in the gaze of the women I paint.

Everyone can read what they want. There is freedom of interpretation in my images. To each their own sensitivity, to each their own truth.
I find this freedom very important in a world where everything seems to tighten around you. Or everything is going too fast. We have the feeling of suffocation....
