Olga Koval is a contemporary Ukrainian painter based in the United Kingdom. Born with a creative spirit, Olga's artistic odyssey began in her teenage years, igniting a lifelong dedication to the world of fine art. I think Is a scam and I am pretty sure he did stole a picture of this artwork to place it in his gallery to pretend to be a genuine account.
