Júlio César, Plastic Artist, born in Santo Antônio da Alegria/SP, born on July 21, 1979, has lived in Boa Vista/Roraima/Brazil since 2004, is self-taught, works with techniques: acrylic, oil and watercolor. studied Visual Arts at the Federal University of Roraima - UFRR. Having worked at the State Secretariat for Culture of Roraima in the promotion, organization and realization of exhibitions in various socio-cultural contexts, in important moments of this secretariat, in addition to working effectively for culture and art in Roraima.
He was elected by the organized Civil Society as Councilor of the State of Culture of Roraima with a four-year term, as a representative of the Plastic Arts area. He participated and participates in exhibitions in Brazil and abroad.
Currently dedicating himself fully to the production of his works of art. What defines him as a plastic artist is never dissociating painting from his life.
