Chris Lawrence is a self-taught Australian artist who has been an artist for over thirty five years. Her working are from her own studio in NSW, AU. The mediums are watercolor, acrylic and oil. Most of the paintings today are of horses. These paintings are unique. She draws the horse in a realistic style and use pouring mixed colors process onto selected parts of the horse's body. The colors are allowed to run into each other. This creates the vibrant patterned look.
In the final stage each horse painting becomes unique. The pouring process causes this because it is impossible to do two paintings exactly alike.
