Christian Arnould is a contemporary French artist. Arnould began painting landscapes at the age of 14, and they remain his favorite subject to this day. After painting in a traditional style, he feels compelled to expand his horizons by incorporating other inspirations, most notably Picasso and Matisse. Today he has returned to his first love, landscapes. This is how he explores the Lorraine countryside, expressing the softness of wide fields, the intimacy of a village, and the peaceful assurance of a steeple with incredible care.

Christian Arnould was born in 1947, in France. He exhibited his works nationally.
