Arnaud THÉVENIN was born in Versailles and lived for many years in Louveciennes, a small town in Yvelines which inspired many painters: Sisley, Renoir, Pissaro... His numerous travels allowed him to create original work, often inspired by water, nature and landscapes. He has been painting for more than thirty-five years and his favorite medium is paper but also wood. Gouache, watercolor, oil and Indian ink allow him to create original abstract and figurative work. He is a great admirer of Monet , Berthe Morisot, Vincent Van Gogh, Albert Marquet and the Chinese painter Zao Wou-Ki...
