Born on June 5, 1950, Arcade Latour discovered ink at an early age and in 1965 he signed his first exhibition. His passion for creativity and communication led him to graphic arts, technical drawing and publishing.
In 1984 he was chosen to design Pope John Paul II's popemobile for his visit to Canada. At the same time, Radio Canada asked him for a concept for the vehicles used at the head of the papal convoy. Loto Québec will also call on him for a vehicle concept adapted to the needs of the media.
Now 61 years old, he is reconnecting with ink. He expresses on canvas his vision of shapes and colors to the delight of amateurs and collectors. Arcade is currently represented in galleries in Canada in Saint-Sauveur, Montreal, Drummondville, Calgary, Kelowna and in the United States in New York.
His curiosity led him to explore a new avenue, the medium lenticular which he exploits in 3D version and visual change (flip).

His passion for communication and creative expression led him to graphic arts, technical design and publishing. In 1984, he was both selected to design the Popemobile, as well as asked by Radio Canada to elaborate a concept for the lead vehicles in the papal motorcade. Lotto Quebec also called on Arcade to decide a concept vehicle that addresses the media's specific needs. Currently, Arcade has returned to working with inks, expressing on canvas his particular vision of forms and color for the enjoyment of collectors. His works are shown in galleries across Canada including Saveur, Montral, Drummondville, Calgary, Kelowna and New York in the USA.
