En Finlande, entre 1987 et 2018, le nombre de personnes à la rue a drastiquement baissé, avec une accélération à partir de 2008, en pleine crise.
Cela a certes nécessité la construction massive de nouveaux logements et la rénovation de logements existants mais a généré, à la clef, des économies :
il a, en effet été prouvé que la mise à l'abri des personnes à la rue coûtait beaucoup moins cher que de les y laisser, en terme de frais d'hospitalisation, de déplacement de services d'urgence, voire d'incarcération; Qui plus est, suivis et aidés par les services sociaux, beaucoup retrouvent une vie "normale" et un travail et contribuent ainsi à la bonne marche de l'économie...
Au fait, "plus personne à la rue fin 2018", n'était-ce pas une promesse de notre président en janvier 2018 ?...
Annick Couëdel is a multi-disciplinary artist practicing painting, drawing and photography. Drawing since childhood, she started painting about thirty years ago. Out of a taste for freedom, she plays with shapes, reliefs and colors, without rules, letting herself be guided by inspiration and the state of mind of the moment.
The first opportunity to exhibit her work came in 2001: she seized it as a challenge we set ourselves, and accepted the gaze of the public, finally understanding that sharing the expression of her emotions and her imagination on the web with others is essential.
Particularly addressing the themes of abstraction, singular art and fantasy, his work is distinguished by a new and visionary light. Passionate about photography, she presents a wide variety of photos.
Annick Couëdel is a self-taught artist living and working in Saint-Nazaire (France). His work is present in many private collections.
