Amandine Bocquelet is a contemporary French artist. Sculpture allows her to explore one of her favorite themes, the place of the living in the universe, with strength and sensitivity.

She discovers the essential elements of her artistic and spiritual approach in the wire mesh sculpture: the complementarity between transparency and incarnation, emptiness and fullness. This technique allows her to move from the symbolic to the will to breathe life by using totem animals and characters from the untamed environment.

Her work focuses on re-discovering the primal bond between man and animal in order to rediscover the natural world's rhythms and patterns, and to reclaim the harmony and ancestral dimension that have been lost in today's way of life.

Amandine Bocquelet was born in 1982, in France. She exhibited her works in France and Switzerland.
