This is an original work in ink and watercolor on paper in a frame and ready to give as a gift or hang on your wall. My work is inspired by experimenting with materials and allowing my subconscious mind to guide my hand. Human figures that appear in my work hold a place for the projection of the viewer's experience. They offer a point of reference of person-hood within what may be a kaleidoscopic and confusing environment.
Sometimes people try to hide their own offense by loudly accusing somebody else of offending - that's this title because it's what I see in the composition. I wasn't thinking consciously about it, but I had seen this situation and heard it being discussed around the time I made this.
Please note that this piece is quite small, 10.5 x 10.5cm. I have included a visa gift card in one photo as a size reference, it is not part of the piece.

As a wage-working person without great stretches of time for art making or many dollars to spare, when possible I like to express and realize my art in a direct, immediate way with some nontraditional (not traditionally expensive) materials. I often use recycled/re-purposed manufacturing material, junk mail, thrift shop finds and some items that are great for art making but weren't necessarily made to be used that way (or priced that way!) I don't feel inspired by expensive, exclusive art materials and I'd rather explore every curious experiment in art making with stuff that comes cheap, free and with some serendipity. This way I feel like I'm collaborating with the flow of materials in the world around me. So the non-preciousness of the materials allows for experimentation and investigation with various materials. Fear and doubt aren't involved. Good and interesting things happen.
