Alexandre Caetano

Alexandre Caetano is an artist and illustrator who has lived in Portugal for the last thirteen years. Previously, he lived and worked in England for fourteen years, where he did his studies in Art (Central Saint Martin's School or Art, London, Battersea College, London and Brighton University). He works in a variety of techniques, such as Charcoal, Colored Pencil, Acrylic, Oil and Mixed Media on canvas and on paper. Alexandre has two distinct areas of work. One is that of his personal work that he has been developing for the last twenty years. The other is related to commissions he receives for specific works or groups of works. Alexandre exhibited in London, New York, Lisbon, Cascais and Oporto. Some of the works presented are not for sale, however, Alexandre accepts orders on any of these works, so if you see something you like, please get in touch. He teaches Art on a full-time basis and a section of the work presented here is called "My Pupil's Works", representing different projects created by pupils of his and done under his supervision.
