Avec mon Canon 5D Mark II converti et le filtre correspondant, je suis actif dans la photographie infrarouge. La lumière est complètement bloquée jusqu'à environ 800 nm de longueur d'onde et seule la lumière infrarouge à ondes longues atteint le capteur. Grâce à ce que l'on appelle "l'effet du bois", la chlorophylle contenue dans les plantes semble transparente, ce qui rend le vert feuille complètement blanc. Le ciel apparaît dans l'infrarouge toujours en bleu naturel.

A travers mes images IR, j'essaie de montrer au spectateur la nature sous un autre angle et d'utiliser des techniques de photographie extraordinaires

Mit meiner umgebauten Canon 5D Mark ii und dem passenden Filter, bin ich in der Infrarotfotografie aktiv. Das Licht wird dabei ab bis ca. 800 nm Wellenlänge komplett gesperrt und nur das langwellige IR Licht erreicht den Sensor. Durch den sogenannten “Wood Effekt”, erscheint das in den Pflanzen enthaltene Chlorophyll transparent, wodurch das normale Blattgrün vollständig weiß wird. Die Himmel erscheint in der Infrarotfotografie weiterhin im natürlichen blau.

Durch meine IR Bilder versuche ich den Betrachter die Natur in einem anderen Licht zu zeigen und außergewöhnliche
Techniken der Fotografie zu verwenden.

With my converted Canon 5D Mark II and the matching filter, I am active in infrared photography. The light is completely blocked up to approx. 800 nm wavelength and only the long-wave IR light reaches the sensor. Through the so-called "Wood effect", the chlorophyll contained in the plants appears transparent, making the normal leaf green completely white. The sky appears in the infrared still in natural blue.

Through my IR images, I try to show the viewer the nature in a different light and to use extraordinary photography techniques.
