The boy Anderson Ferreira Lemes did not know what graffiti was when he painted the wall of the school where he studied in Assis, his hometown.

Inspired by his childhood, the artist brings a universe to his works multicolored, nonsense characters immersed in a surrealistically sweet narrative. But, look carefully, in the midst of so much lyricism, Alemão does not give up positioning himself and criticizing society and some of its most destructive and harmful behaviors. After all, art is rebelliousness and resistance, even when it comes to the ephemeral nature of the walls.

His visual poetry, sensitive and intense, connects people from all over the world, and the contemporaneity of his artistic work has been leaving a simple legacy full of beauty.
