Живописец, график, архитектор. Лауреат Международной биеннале архитектуры в Софии (категория «Наследие»). Родился в 1958 году в Новосибирске. Окончил архитектурный факультет Одесского инженерно-строительного института. Участник выставок: «От звезды к воде» MISP 2016, «Отражение на пейзаже», галерея Wordshop 2016. В 2017 году в Черноголовке прошла персональная выставка в рамках X фестиваля «Мой друг-художник и поэт». . В 2019 году персональная выставка «Мирмиру и все хорошее» в Музее экслибрисов и миниатюрной книги (Москва).

Работы А. Вознесенского продавались на аукционах:

- Литературный фонд (с 2019 по 2021 год);

- Аукционный дом SevenArt (с 2020 по 2021 год);
