Albena Vatcheva was born in 1967, in Sofia, Bulgaria. She exhibited at galleries, museums, and art fairs (Superfine Art Fair San Francisco 2020, International Art Fair Art Monaco 2010, Shanghai Art Fair 2010), and won numerous awards for her works: Winner of the department 76 call for projects concerning cultural authors working in the field of heritage 2021; Bronze medal French Artists Salon Grand Palais Paris; Prize of the Salon de Rouen - Salon of Normandy Artists; Prize of the General Council of Orne; City of Clairac Prize, International Painting Fair; City of Grand Quevilly Prize Charles Dullin Theater; Prize of the City of Maromme; Prize of the City of L'aigle.
