Born in 1967 in SAVOIE,
Self-taught and rather inspired by the figurative painting of the great masters of the Renaissance, I mix body and soul with minimal research.
On the other hand, the figurative leads me to the figurative abstract, to figures deformed by a sudden and violent radical gesture,,,
Like a dissociation from real which leads to destruction and decomposition of the image.
The canvas is bruised, scratched, the effects of materials and reliefs are very important
the accidents of mediums too..
My research is also oriented by light, chiaroscuro, incidence of bright tones on dark ones, or pastels between them.
My works I do not work them in series, influenced by an ever changing mind. Each new painting expresses moods.
I am still looking for myself and I hope to continue to see my expression evolve over time.
