Depuis plusieurs années, son petit monde est imprégné de peinture, de dessin, de recherches, avec aussi la photographie, la musique et la poésie.
Pour lui, l'observateur doit avoir carte blanche dans l'interprétation de ce qu'il contemple. Et cette contemplation, empreinte de culture, d'émotions et de souvenirs plus ou moins enfouis, mène à l'une des plus belles interactions qui soit.
Il a d'abord oeuvré dans un autre domaine (que l'on pourrait appeler "sciences de la vie et du quotidien", tremplin pour des découvertes qui nourrissent le regard et la sensibilité), puis il a réorienté sa vie vers les pinceaux; simple affaire de feeling.
En remplacement des mots, les formes et les couleurs créent un arrêt sur image, dans un style que le temps, les rencontres et les épreuves se chargent de façonner.
La peinture à l'huile est la technique qu'à présent il préfère : "c'est comme une invention, dont les trois voies seraient la toile, le pinceau (uni à la main qui décide) et cette noble matière faite de pigments terrestres".
