Je suis une artiste plasticienne, d’origine grecque. Les 30 dernières années j’ai vécu entre la Grèce, la Suisse, le moyen Orient et la France ou je vis actuellement.
J’ai fait principalement de la peinture et de la céramique depuis le début des années 90's.
Mon style est abstrait /abstrait expressionniste.
Selon le sujet du tableau, je travaille avec de l’huile, l’acrylique ou les pastels. En mélangeant, superposant, versant ou incluant des pigments naturels et des éléments organiques come papier, tissus, sable, sciure mes tableaux ont de la profondeur et de la complexité. Pour appliquer la peinture j’utilise des pinceaux, des couteaux à peindre, des éponges ou des ustensiles que moi-même fabrique. Matériel, couleur et composition un défi perpétuel pour des nouvelles créations.
J’exprime mon travail à travers les couleurs, les textures et les matières, en me remettant en question continuellement. »
