Contemporary artists have reimagined fairy tales with their modern techniques and perspectives. One of the most iconic fairy tale artworks is "Little Red Riding Hood" by Kiki Smith, created in 1994. Smith’s print depicts the wolf as a human with a wolf head, holding a knife, and Little Red Riding Hood as a young girl with a wolf’s tail. Another renowned work is "The Little Mermaid" by Camille Rose Garcia in 2011.
