I was born, and here I am, navigating the complexities of existence. I have things to paint, ideas swirling in my mind, yet often fleeting, hard to grasp. Sometimes, I think I can paint—moments when creativity flows effortlessly, as if the universe itself is guiding my hand. Other times, I stare at the canvas, lost, uncertain of what to create.
When I finally paint something, I rarely like it. And yet, I know I’m not alone. AFAIK, many artists wrestle with this same struggle—a mix of doubt, ambition, and an unrelenting drive to improve.
Art is a paradox: it’s deeply personal, yet universally relatable. It’s both rewarding and frustrating. The moments of self-doubt remind me that I care about my craft, while those fleeting moments of satisfaction keep me coming back to the easel. Perhaps that’s the beauty of it all—chasing something elusive, always growing, learning, and feeling alive in the process.
Every painting tells a story.
